How to Order & Payment Process
A clear process for custom manufacturing, from your first inquiry to shipment. Your quotation confirms the exact price, timelines and payment schedule for your order.
How to place an order
Share the product, design reference, quantities, sizes, delivery country and target date. We will confirm the specifications and commercial terms before production begins.
Send your requirements
Choose a product or send your artwork through our Customization form. Include colors, logo placement, fabric preferences and size breakdown.
Confirm design and quotation
We review materials, minimum order quantity, branding and delivery needs, then provide a written quotation and design mockup where applicable.
Approve a sample if required
A physical sample can be arranged. Sample cost, shipping and timing are confirmed in advance. Approve the construction, fit and finish before bulk production.
Approve your invoice
Check the final specifications, quantities, unit price, total, agreed payment schedule, production timeline and shipping terms in the proforma invoice.
Manufacturing and quality check
Production starts after the required approvals and the agreed initial payment are received. We check the finished goods against the approved specifications.
Final payment and shipment
Any remaining payment is handled according to the invoice. We then confirm dispatch, shipping documents and tracking information when available.
Payment process
Payment terms are agreed for each order and written on the proforma invoice. Please review these details before paying:
- Product specifications, quantity, currency and total order value.
- Any sample charge and whether it is separate from bulk production.
- Initial payment amount and when the remaining balance is due.
- Accepted payment method and beneficiary details shown on the invoice.
- Shipping terms, freight charges and any applicable import costs.

Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Share your design and product requirements; we will confirm sample availability, cost and timeline in your quotation.
When does the production timeline start?
The timeline begins after the agreed design or sample approval and any required initial payment. Your order confirmation will state the schedule.
Is shipping included in the product price?
The quotation or invoice will state whether freight is included. Transit time and costs depend on the destination and shipping method.
