We use inquiry details to answer your questions, prepare quotes and mockups, discuss samples, and coordinate an order if you decide to proceed.
How the forms work
The Customization form prepares a message in your email app or WhatsApp. Choosing a design file adds its name to the message; you must attach the actual file yourself before sending. The contact form likewise opens WhatsApp with your message.
Sharing and service providers
Information you send through email or WhatsApp is handled by those services under their own privacy practices. We share order details with production or delivery providers only as needed to quote, manufacture or ship an order.
How long we keep inquiries
We keep inquiry and order records for as long as needed to respond, manage an order, resolve a question or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may contact us to ask what information we hold or request a correction or deletion, subject to any records we need to retain.
Website use and external links
Our website may be served by hosting providers that process standard access information needed to deliver the site. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and other external services open their own websites or apps. Their privacy practices apply when you use them.
